Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Healthcare Jobs UAE Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. The Platform is operated within the United Arab Emirates and governed by UAE federal law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the UAE (or seeking employment that sponsors work authorization) to use this Platform as a job seeker. Employers must be legally registered entities in the UAE.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Roles
The Platform supports multiple user roles: Candidates (job seekers), Employer Administrators, Employer Approvers, and Platform Administrators. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities. Misuse of elevated privileges may result in account termination.
5. Job Listings
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job listings are accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with UAE labour laws. Job listings must specify genuine healthcare positions. The Platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
6. AI-Powered Features
The Platform uses artificial intelligence for resume parsing, job description generation, and candidate-job matching. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. AI features require explicit PDPL consent.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL"). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Healthcare Licensing
Candidates must accurately represent their professional licensing status (DHA, DOH, MOH, DHCC). Employers must verify candidate credentials independently. The Platform does not guarantee the validity of any claimed licenses or qualifications.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false or misleading information
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
- Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful content
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
- Using the Platform for purposes unrelated to healthcare recruitment
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of employer or candidate information, or continuous availability. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) for Platform use.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed.
