What is DataFlow PSV?
DataFlow Group is the official primary source verification provider for UAE healthcare regulatory authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH, HAAD). PSV verifies directly with issuing institutions that your qualifications, employment history, and professional registrations are genuine.
Without a completed DataFlow PSV, your licence application cannot proceed. Allow 4–8 weeks for the process.
Documents Required for PSV
- Educational qualifications (degree, diploma, transcript) — verified with the issuing university
- Professional licence/registration from home country (e.g., NMC PIN for UK nurses)
- Good Standing Certificate from home licensing authority
- Employment letters (for each employer, on letterhead with contact details)
- Valid passport copy
- Passport-size photo (white background)
Step-by-Step Process
- Create a DataFlow account at dataflowgroup.com
Register using your email. You'll receive an application reference number. - Select your application type
Choose your target authority (DHA, DOH, MOH) and profession category. - Upload documents
Scan each document clearly. All scans must be in colour, legible, and complete. - Pay the verification fee
Fees range from AED 750 to AED 1,500 depending on number of credentials and authority. Pay online via credit/debit card. - DataFlow contacts your institutions
DataFlow sends verification requests to your university, employer, and licensing body. They may contact HR departments or registrar offices directly. - Track your application
Log in to your DataFlow portal to monitor status of each verification item. Some verifications complete in days; others (especially international employers) may take 4–6 weeks. - Receive your PSV certificate
Once all items are verified, you receive a PSV certificate (PDF). Use this when submitting your licence application to DHA/DOH/MOH.
Common Delays and How to Avoid Them
- Employer can't be contacted — provide multiple contact points (HR email + phone + company website). Follow up with your past employer to respond promptly.
- University doesn't recognise the format — contact your alumni office before submitting to ensure they respond to DataFlow requests.
- Name discrepancy — all documents must show exactly the same name as your passport. Even minor differences (e.g., "Mary" vs "Maria") can cause rejection.
- Expired documents — Good Standing Certificates are typically valid for 3–6 months from issue. Apply only when ready to submit your licence.
- Institution no longer exists — if your university or employer closed, contact DataFlow support directly with evidence.
